Please use our measurements and sizing charts (found below) when building a pack. Just because your current pack is a small doesn’t mean our pack in a small will fit the same. See the bottom of this page for all sizing information.
Features
- 35L body plus an additional 15+ liters of external pockets totaling 50L of pack space
- Designed to comfortably carry around 20 LBS
- 3″ wide S-shaped shoulder straps constructed of spacer mesh and close cell foam
- Standard shoulder straps are designed for a chest size less than 44″
- Long shoulder straps are designed for a chest size greater than 44″
- Optional adjustable shoulder strap pockets are designed to fit a 700 ml water bottle
- Top Y Strap (1/2″ webbing and buckle)
- Lower V Loop with dual lineloc 3 adjusters
- 3 point side compression with lineloc 3 adjusters
- Top buckle roll top closure with 2 KAMsnaps
- Adjustable flat bottom side pockets with drain hole. Each pocket fits 2 1L smartwater bottles securely. Pockets adjust with shock cord and mini cord locks.
- Dual adjust sternum strap
- Seam taped

Do you offer custom work on your backpacks?
No. We no longer offer any kind of custom work on our backpacks.

What size shoulder straps do I need?
Our standard shoulder straps fit a chest size less than 44”. Long shoulder straps fit a chest larger than 44”. If you have a small or extra-small torso, please select standard shoulder straps regardless of your chest size.

What size hip belt do I need?
Using a measuring device, pull it around your back at the level of your iliac crest and connect it in front of you. This will be the hip belt size that you select from the drop down menu. Using this pack for a thru-hike? Please take weight loss into consideration when selecting your hip belt size.

Love this pack. I already had a 40L dyneema curve from a few years back and wanted to get one of the new ultra 200 packs with the ungraded hip belt style. I’m a big guy and the fit of this pack is perfect. I love the ultra fabric. It feels incredibly substantial yet flexible. I’ve only put it through a few days on trail but it feels like it will hold up for the long haul. I can’t speak enough about the fit. I’m a big fan of how the load sits, it all but disappears. If your a fan of compact and lightweight gear, this frameless pack is right for you. If you’ve been wanting to try out an ultralight pack, don’t hesitate!
