These packs are designed for ultralight thru-hikers. The construction utilizes CT9HK.18/wov.6 Black (5.0 Oz. Dyneema®) in the areas that need it most. The new shoulder strap pockets are designed to hold a phone or snacks really well. The bottom pocket is made of a durable Spandex Nylon blend and is super duper stretchy plus it has a small opening for trash. Use the lower SBO V Loop to stow your shelter, sleeping pad or chair (chair on a thru-hike? Nah!). Adjustable side pockets make it easy to lock down your water bottles, fuel canister or cook system. The top Y strap was designed to keep your bag of chips safe while you put in the miles. You can also store your sleeping pad or bear canister up there… but who would do that? And we even decided to add trekking pole loops so you have a place to store them, keeping your hands free to upload your continuous Instagram stories.
These packs are NOT customizable and come standard with the following features and our most popular options (Email for special sizing needs)
16oz or 453g for all you crazy people that don’t live in the US and use the super easy and incredibly awesome metric system

Large torso (21″ – 22.5″) packs measure 23.5″ from the shoulder straps to the bottom of the pack and 22.5″ to the center of the 1″ loops for the hip belt.
All packs are built to your specific torso. To find your torso length you will need to find your C7 vertebrae and your iliac crest/hip shelf and measure the distance between them. Still need help finding your torso? Check out this video https://youtu.be/Vl1wHHMcSrA
Packs without a hip belt will measure from the bottom of the pack to where the shoulder straps are sewn in. This is the same for packs with a 1″ removable hip belt or fanny pack.
Packs with a padded hip belt will measure from the center of the hip belt to where the straps are sewn in. If you choose to have load lifters then your pack will measure from center of hip belt to the load lifters.

Below you will find a list of sizing for our hip belts. The first measurement (the absolute minimum) is the total length of foam and clip. The second measurement is the maximum the straps will extend to. Using a measuring device, pull it around your back at the level of your iliac crest and connect it in front of you. This will be your hip belt size. Using this pack for a thru-hike? Please that weight loss into consideration when selecting your hip belt size.
Small Hip Belt - 25" of foam and a total of 32" of adjustability.
Medium Hip Belt - 28" of foam and a total of 38" of adjustability
Large Hip Belt - 33" of foam and a total of 44 " of adjustability
X Large Hip Belt - 40" of foam and a total of 50" of adjustability

Got the 35–L fast track pack in black. I have been using the Z-packs Arc haul for over the last 2 years and felt that I do not need nee that much capacity with a base weight of 9 ponds now. I like the quality and simplicity of my new Lite Af 35-L. Also I like having no hip belt but do use the Lite Af fanny pack that is perfect for snacks phone and wallet items. Perfect! Thanks for an awesome pack. Marty

Blown away by not only the pack quality, but also the A+ customer service. The fast track pack had everything I wanted… except for shock cord to attach a back pad. I emailed them asking if there were places I could attach my own shock cord or if it could be added, and they went ahead and added it for me. Even with this customization, the pack was still shipped out in less than a week. I ordered a fanny pack along with it and they even included the strap that allows the fanny pack to be worn by itself rather than having to always be attached to the backpack. Have gone out a few times on the trail now and the pack has been wonderful. Tight, straight stitching. Comfortable shoulder straps. Fanny pack hip belt works great for weight distribution and easy access storage. Rolls down decently tightly for small day hikes but also has lots of room for multi-day trips. Big water bottle pockets with small drain hole so rain doesn’t get trapped. Trekking pole attachment loops were included in the package so you can add them on yourself if you use poles. Can’t find a single problem with this pack and I am beyond happy I went with LiteAF.
